·              Provided database support services for a major aircraft registry project.

·              Wrote formalized Request for Non-Human Use Determination Memorandum.  Purpose was to petition the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for a determination that the Registry does not meet definition of Human Subject Research, thus streamlining data acquisition efforts.  Efforts were successful.

·              Routinely interfaced with the Army Analytics Group in order to gain access and productively utilize their Person-Event Data Environment (PDE), an ORACLE based data storage/analysis facility selected as the platform for the Registry.  Wrote SQL queries to merge files and extract required data.

·              Supported Pulse Oximetry Study.  Developed automated methodology to identify Lockheed flight dynamics data files which potentially correspond to Helmet Mounted Pulse Oximetry (HMPO) files. Reduced time associated with manual matching. 

·              Surveyed accumulation of Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) data files.  Integrated files into an ACCESS database.  Identified data quality issues, as well as other idiosyncrasies.  Developed solutions.
